The scope of application
Core component display
Screw conveyor. The method of four-screw feeding system greatly reduces the cutting of materials, and has the characteristics of high production capacity and stable quality.
Hydraulic system. Hydraulic parts: Using Vickers, Stauf, Parker, comprehensive hydraulic original parts to ensure stable operation of the whole machine.
Filling system. Extensive processing of meat, poultry, fish, shrimp and potatoes, tuber crop molding process. It can be applied to a variety of chopped/sliced product areas to obtain superior meat texture.
Pneumatic parts. Pneumatic system: Complete German original system.
Electrical equipment parts. Stainless steel materials and some non-metallic materials, safe and reliable, in line with the standard HACCP, and authorized by the Chief Executive. Safety device: magnetic protection switch (safety cover).
The whole machine uses food grade 304 stainless steel material, durable, clean and sanitary, easy to clean, waterproof index up to IP56.The precision of the machine is high, and the error is less than one percent.
More protective cover design is beneficial to protect the machine and extend the service life of the machine.Handles are provided on the protective cover to facilitate the removal of the protective cover.

2. How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.
3. How should I pay for my order? what is the procession of this purchase?
You can do 30% prepayment at first, then we will start to make production.
when the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you, and then you can do the balance.
after we got your payment. We will send the machine to you.
4. How about your service after sales? Can your engineer speak fluent english?
We offer the service from you got the machine,including how to install the machine,

5. How about the documents after shipment?
